Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Cornerstone account and everything stored with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
Settings → Account → Delete AccountYou'll be asked to confirm twice, because this cannot be undone.
Email michael@readcornerstone.com from the address you used to create your account, with the subject "Delete my Cornerstone account."
Requests are honoured within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm from your account's email address before erasing anything — that check is the only thing standing between your account and someone else's request.
Deleting your account permanently erases:
Everything is removed from our servers and from the device you delete it on. Nothing is retained, and nothing is kept in backups beyond the point at which routine backups age out.
Cornerstone works fully offline without an account. If you'd rather stop syncing but keep reading, you can simply sign out instead — though note that signing out also clears the synced copy from that device.
